Thermal Systems Group (TSG) and Clean Gas Systems  (CGS) have formed a long-term joint venture to integrate operations in order to bring turn-key wet scrubber systems and solutions to the market. Under this agreement, the companies will work closely together and collaborate in the areas of sales, marketing, design, engineering, fabrication, erection and project management to provide end-to-end, custom designed, turn-key air scrubber systems to industry.

Southern Erector, Inc. (SEI) is a full service design build mechanical contractor. The Thermal Systems Group, a division of SEI, was established in 1985 for the engineering and design of paper machine hoods, process air systems and general ventilation systems. TSG, a recognized leader in the Pulp and Paper Industry, has expanded into a wide range of industries and applications over the years, including air pollution control. Southern Erectors Group also owns Southern Environmental, Inc. Since 1988, Southern Environmental has supplied Air Quality Control System (AQCS) equipment, specializing in new and rebuilt, dry and wet Electrostatic Precipitators.

CGS Wet Scrubbers division manufactures highly efficient scrubbers for a variety of industries.
